Anita Barone

Anita Barone is a versatile stage actor, but she's limited to TV sitcoms. Her first success in this genre as she got married to Jeff Foxworthy during "The Jeff Foxworthy Show," a season which aired on ABC between 1995 until 1996. Barone's first stage appearance was at the age of five years old, in Detroit in the city to which her family relocated after having moved from St Louis. In her early twenties Barone was on stage in more than 50 plays, mostly in university production as well as regional theatres. The stage credits she played included Juliet as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Helen Keller in a re-imagining of "Monday after the Miracle" in addition to the part in the role of Agnes who is a young and afflicted the nun from "Agnes of God." In 1987, she played an appearance in a movie known as "Ricochet". She also appeared in a scene in "The Rosary Murders". In 1996, she was the lead role in a romantic comedy that was independent known as "Just Friends". Barone made her debut Hollywood film role in the form of Carol & Company (NBC, 1990-1991) - the ill-fated attempt by Carol Burnett in trying to revitalize the comedy sketch program. Barone was also in the"Wounded Heart," a 1995 USA Network movie, "Wounded Heart". In the end, she got back to her weekly sitcom grind, co-starring alongside Michael Chiklis in "Daddio" (NBC 2001).
